    That’s more like it!

    I still don’t get exactly what you mean by accountability – effectiveness? – but that cartoon shows exactly the kind of thing I was talking about.

      Hi Gille,
      people being accountable for their (in)actions and understanding that not keeping a commitment- or rather, not informing a group that you can’t keep a commitment to do x or y – is massively destructive of morale, credibility etc. I don’t know if you read the accountability workshop thing, but it’s all in there.
