Every (as in, in 2012 and possibly 2013!) October MCMonthly will publish an “annual report” assessing the effectiveness (or otherwise) of action taken by councils, businesses and ‘civil society’ towards creating a resilient, equitable Greater Manchester. (We hope that) lots and lots of people will be involved in the thinking and writing and distributing of this publication, which will also contain the winning entries in the short story contest and the essay contest that we’re going to set up.
So, here in hope that one day a hyperlink will be added
