Youtube: What motivates people?

This morning I inducted the fourth MCFly volunteer, “magicmark86”. I also showed him everything I know about making youtube videos, which didn’t take long.
We knocked up a script, found some images, narrated and started putting it together, using software that comes free on any computer running Windows. Then I left him to it.
It’s a 48 second piece about “what motivates people?” Any and all advice, comments and critiques are welcome.

On a personal note – it was a really great feeling to be able to help someone get to a level that took me weeks and weeks of largely pointless trial-and-error to get to. We at MCFly Towers desperately want pass on our ‘skills’ and then cheer as our ‘trainees’ go far beyond what we ourselves are capable of.
