Coming up in May – #climate events in #Manchester

Here’s a poster (very snazzy layout, I am sure you’ll agree) of events coming up in Manchester, plus some contact details.  Doubtless there are other events, but news of them did not reach MCFly Towers in time…  Any graphic designers out there who want to take on a small job, end of every month (we’d send you final text, you prettify it, bish bosh…)

2019 05 climate events in manchester

MCFly is, as a “service to the movement” going to re-up efforts to include a comprehensive listing of events happening in Manchester (and Trafford, Stockport and Salford can have honorary status if they ask nicely) that are specifically climate/environment.  At the end of every month we will make a post about the coming months events.  If you have events you want publicised please send them to mcmonthly@gmail in a plain text email with ‘Calendar event’ in the subject header, in the following format.

Date and time:  Saturday 1st June, 10am – 4pm.
Title of event “Smash Climate Change.”
Venue: Manchester Town Hall, Albert Square.
Organised by: People’s Judean Climate Front
website/facebook: peoplesfrontofjudea.net

Fossil Free GM, campaign for GM Pension Fund divestment, regular meeting on 13 May at Green Fish, Oldham St, Mcr, 7-8.30. Planning for upcoming events and activity, new people very welcome, especially if you have Tameside connections. I’ll send advance warning of these to you in future, Marc.
